Our shop is completely mobile, so we will come to you and groom your pet outside your home. There’s no need to leave your home. Simply use our online booking tool HERE and choose the date and time that works best for you. We will then arrive at your home at the scheduled time and groom your pet. When all is done, we’ll walk them right up to your front door!

It reserves your appointment slot as well as goes towards your appointment. The deposit is non-refundable.

Nope, it’ll be just your pet and only your pet in our mobile van shop.

Unfortunately no, we do not schedule just for a nail trim. BUT you may call to check if and when we’ll be in your area to do a nail trim. We will try to fit your pet in for a nail trim if time permits but it is not a guarantee that we will be able to stop by. Nail trims are $20 per dog and there are no discounts offered for nail trims. An exception can be made to both scheduling and discounts if you need nail trims for 3+ dogs.

Not every pet needs those add-on services so we don’t force those charges if they’re not needed. We offer our base service, “The Standard,” and additional services can be added to fit the needs of your pet.

Yes, of course! Just schedule ONE PET PER APPOINTMENT SLOT. This way each one of your pets gets the time and attention they deserve without rushing through them. This makes their experience as comfortable as possible. Please DO NOT schedule more than one pet per appointment slot as we will only be able to accommodate one pet. Thank you!

Yes, but give us a call to manually schedule your pet. We will work with your busy schedule to accommodate your pet and find a date and time that works for both you AND us. Remember, we’re human too with our own personal lives and family that we want to get home to as well.

While we have groomed cats, we are not currently taking any new feline clients.

No, that is just the time we reserve to dedicate for your pet. It could take less or more time. Don’t worry though, even if it takes longer, we wont rush through your pet. With the standard package, most pets can be done in about 45-60 minutes. On average, De-shed and Cut/Shave services can take another 45-60 minutes.

Hair cuts/shaves start at the respective price stated for your pet’s weight class. An additional charge would be applied if your pet required special attention than the average dog cut, (i.e. using specialty scissors to cut hair over a large area that would normally be cut with hair clippers. Using scissors takes longer than using clippers)
