Waggy Tails Terms and Conditions

Waggy Tails Mobile Pet Grooming, LLC provides services for El Paso, Texas and the immediate surrounding areas, to include Fort Bliss. We do not currently offer services in New Mexico to include, but not limited to, Las Cruces, Sunland Park, Santa Teresa, and Anthony.

Waggy Tails Mobile Pet Grooming, LLC will only accept pets under the following conditions:

• The pet is deemed fit and healthy. Grooming which takes place on and elderly or infirm dog will be at the owner’s risk. Every effort will be made on the groomer’s part to keep the pet as comfortable as possible for the grooming session.

• The pet's rabies vaccine is up to date (as required by state law). Bordetella, Distemper/Parvo vaccines must also be up to date. You should be able to provide proof of current vaccination at each appointment.

• Any potential health concerns must be made clear prior to the scheduled appointment as some conditions can be aggravated through the grooming process, such as arthritis or anxiety.

• Grooming services will not be given to dogs that are actively going through heartworm treatment.

• An adult (18 years and older) must be present at the home when the groomer arrives.

Services Provided

• We do NOT offer internal anal gland expression, as this should be performed by a licensed veterinarian in a clinic setting as it is considered to be a medical procedure.

• “De-matting" or complete coat removal will dramatically alter your pet's appearance. This procedure may expose pre-existing health/skin problems for which Waggy Tails Mobile Pet Grooming LLC cannot be held liable.

• Nail cutting/filing and ear cleaning are part of the Standard Package, unless the process is too stressful for the pet or too dangerous for the groomer.

Payment

• Each appointment requires a non-refundable deposit upon booking online.

• The remaining balance after the deposit is to be made at the time services are rendered.

• The accepted forms of payment are cash, check, mobile app (Venmo, Cash App, Zelle), or debit/credit card.

• Apple Pay and Google Pay transactions are completed through our mobile card reader.

• Returned checks will incur a $30 fee.

Communication

• Waggy Tails will always send confirmation e-mails when an appointment has been booked and/or rescheduled.

• Reminder e-mails are sent to the client 72 hours and 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations

• We follow weather service announcements pertaining to inclement weather. We try to work as long as conditions are not dangerous. If you are unsure, please call/text us to confirm.

• Each appointment requires a non-refundable deposit.

• In the event of inclement weather, family emergency or any other uncontrollable circumstance, the groomer has the discretion to waive the 48 hours notice of cancelation/reschedule.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a groom if we feel the need to do so. Every effort will be made to reschedule at a time convenient for both the client and the groomer.

No-Show Policy

• It is considered a "no-show" when the client or responsible adult is not available at the scheduled appointment time and does not contact the groomer to cancel/reschedule 48 hours prior. An adult (18 years and older) must be present at the home when the groomer arrives.

• We reserve the right to charge the FULL grooming fee due to the loss of revenue caused by a "no-show". Please make every effort to call/text and cancel or reschedule prior to 48 hours to avoid such situations.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet or client for any reason.
